From Innovation to Industrial Application
Ray-Sensing originated in Wuhan — the birthplace of fiber optic technology in China — and was founded in 2018 in Yichang, the "City of Hydropower." Our founder, Dr. Luo Zhihui (Ph.D. from Wuhan University of Technology), associate professor and master's supervisor at China Three Gorges University, leads the Intelligent Fiber Optic Sensing Technology Team and serves as CEO of Ray-Sensing.
We focus on fiber optic sensing and optoelectronic detection technologies, holding core intellectual property in UWFBG, DTS, and DSS systems. With 35+ patented technologies, our solutions are deployed across water conservancy, geology, electric power, petroleum, and scientific research applications in China and Europe.
